  6. Things are changing at BoxTop. In an effort to provide better service for our ever increasing (which is a good thing) numbers of customers, we've had to rearrange. The information below supersedes all other information you may find in the read me files and documentation.

  20. BoxTop's on-line sales are now handled through Digital River's on-line commerce network. You can still purchase directly from our web site, but now the entire process is automated and all delivery is immediate (You can never be too fast with that sort of thing) through downloading.

  22. In addition, you can purchase BoxTop's tools from Download Warehouse, Cyberian Outpost, and several hundred other on-line locations all offering immediate delivery.

All "Purchase", "Buy", "Order" links on our web site will take you to the secure order form for on-line purchasing. We encourage you to purchase on-line rather than by telephone if you are comfortable with making an on-line purchase. It is a more reliable system that avoids human error on our end. (You're less likely to make a typo in your address than we are.)

  33. BoxTop now offers 24 hours a day 7 days a week ordering by phone, so you can get your power tools any time day or night. This is fulfilled at a separate location from our main offices and there are new phone numbers for ordering.

  35. The personnel in the sales office can not generally answer product questions beyond the level of "Yes it works with Photoshop" etc., so please contact support personnel at BoxTop with any questions about features or capabilities you may have prior to purchasing.

  41. Note that all software ordered by telephone is delivered electronically in the same manner as on-line purchases through Digital River's commerce network by downloading. Physical shipped media is not available as an option at present.

If you prefer to fax your order information using the included order printable order form with payment by credit card, you can fax to 1-601-324-7352. However, faxed orders are processed much slower than telephone and on-line orders, so we encourage you to use the more automated methods of on-line and telephone ordering whenever possible.

  50. Note, physical shipped media is available as an option for fax sales, but we encourage you to chose electronic delivery, which is both faster and more cost effective. There is no advantage to shipped media. All materials included on disks can be downloaded on-line.

  54. Upgrade sales are only available directly from BoxTop Software's main office at this time. If you qualify for upgrade pricing, you may order by fax as outlined above, or by telephone to the main office at 601-324-1800.
